Spring is a time when the earth replenishes itself and gives way to new life and hope. Most appropriately, the Earth Nation is the sole major force against the Fire Nation's aim of world domination but due to the persistence of the Fire Nation, the Earth Kingdom's resistence is weakening...
According to Commander Zhao of the Fire Nation, the Earth Nation Capital
will be theirs within a years time (source: episode 3 - Southern Air Temple),
and the world will finally follow Fire Lord Ozai and the 100 year war shall
come to an end. Prince Zuko states that his father is a fool if he thinks
the world will follow him willingly. Personally, I believe Prince Zuko's assessment
is correct - many of the other nations bear ill-will against the Fire Nation
and many areas still resist or have resisted occupation. For example, Ba Xing
Ce (pronounced Bah Sing Say) is one of the Earth Nation cities that
has defied occupation even from the attack of The Great General Iroh, The
Dragon of the West. General Iroh laid seige to the city for 600 days (about
1 year and 9 months) without avail. General Iroh has retired and so far, no
other General of the Fire Nation has successfully conquered Ba Xing Ce.

Zuko, and Sokka! More animated icons coming soon. =D

A few minor updates - correcting some linkage problems in the People
section, added a few more bios, and quotes and anew CG artwork is now up at
the Fan Art page.

Since some sections are becoming graphic intensive, I've decided to split
the sections further for faster loading time. For example, main characters
listed under People will now have
their own pages. Aside from that, there's new Fan
Art of Sokka, Aang, and Zuko.
