As a token of our appreciation the PTSA will be hosting a Welcome Back Celebration to all the FMA teachers and staff on Friday, August 26, 2005 at 7:30 -8:30 am in the FMA Teacher's Lounge.

All non-perishable donations can be dropped off at the PTSA office and any perishable items can be dropped off the day of the event in the teacher's lounge.  For more information, please e-mail  Andr Coates at [email protected].

The PTSA is looking forward to seeing all the FMA teachers on Friday, August 26, 2005 to welcome them back.
Committees Prince George's County Executive, Jack Johnson and the Forest Creek Apartments in Forestville, Maryland began a pilot project to improve Forestville Community.  Forest Creek Apartments is giving free housing to five PG teachers and five police officers in exchange for ten hours a week of community services in the apartment complex.

Teachers will work from the newly opened apartment complex community center that is complete with a computer lab.  With the help of PG teachers and police officers, they are making a difference in the Forestville Community.  According to Jack Johnson, PG is forging partnerships in many apartment communities.  For more information, please visit Prince George County Government website at www.co.pg.md.us.
