STUDENT EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
AIRPORT STUDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
SALARY RANGE: $7.71 THROUGH $10.11 HOURLY
The Airports Authority is seeking to recruit friendly, customer service oriented students to serve as ambassadors at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Dulles International Airport. Ambassadors will be positioned at key locations throughout the terminals. Provide the traveling public with general pre-security and travel information.
Students must be currently enrolled full-time in high school, college or accepted for full-time enrollment at college or university and be at least 17 years of age by date of hire. The positions are year round and including weekends and holidays.
Student Ambassadors are tasked with welcoming and directing passengers to appropriate security-screening lanes, providing passengers with pre-security information, location of gates and airport facilities. Students will work rotating assignments including evening shifts and weekends. Multi-lingual students are strongly encouraged to apply.
