FOLLOWING Cs SIBERIAN HUSKIES Robyn & Lawrence Hynes/County of Thorhild, AB |
|
RYDER Right now our Sibe population consists of only one; Ryder, our very first Siberian Husky. Watch for new Sibe additions in 2009-2010. We do not plan to do any breeding with our Siberians, they are just our beloved companions who we enjoy sharing our lives with. Click on Ryder's Registered name to visit his own personal page. |

About three years ago my husband, Lawrence, started fooling around with dog sledding and skijoring with some friends. He immediately got hooked, and started educating himself on the world of dog sledding and Siberian Huskies. Lawrence always wanted his own dog, and a different breed than the Australian Shepherds, as they are MY true love. Anyhow, once he got set on the path of dog sledding and skijoring, he decided that his dog would be a Siberian Husky. Ryder has brought much joy into our lives. He is a big dog with a BIG personality. I never knew a dog could voice their displeasure so much, and make us laugh so much. Siberian Huskies are so very different than the Australian Shepherds, but we both find it nice to have two extremely different breeds. They both satisfy us, but in completely different ways. Right now we only have one Siberian Husky, but we plan to get more in the future. Watch for new additions in the next year or two, as Lawrence builds a small team for competitive sled races. |
