| FOCUS (For Our Children U Save) is a group of people, primarily parents, who care about our children in our communities. We feel very strongly that we as responsible adults must do our part to contribute to care for our children.
FOCUS feels it is especially important to enhance the community's awareness of why many of our children get infected with HIV. Our endeaver is to share information about HIV and AIDS in children in order to prevent children from getting infected and to educate people on the treatment for children who are HIV positive or have AIDS.
FOCUS was inspired by Verlia Caldwell who felt a need for people to do something to help other people. Under her inspiration a group of people got organized and decided to perform a community service by turning attention to our children and the fight against AIDS. |
