| FOCUS (For Our Children U Save) knows that although many people don't get infected with the AIDS virus very often anymore, we still have to be aware that blood carries the virus. However, although blood is tested routinely now for the AIDS virus, that was not the case years ago. Many people were unknowingly infected with the fatal virus through blood transfusions.
Even though many people who were infected through blood are eligible for compensation, it certainly can never be worth one's life or even one's health.
