These two connectors create links for power supply and Video & Audio signal from video camera to
Controller .
"D" connector
Pin 1 - Video out video signal from camera to Controller.
Pin 2 - GND
Pin 3 - Audio out audio signal from camera to Controller.

"E" connector
Pin 1 - + Lithium battery (necessary for backup DATE and TIME, also for different video camera settings.)
Pin 2 - GND
Pin 3 - + 6 V DC power supply for video camera ( approx. 600 - 700mA each one) So.. power supply rectifier should be big enough to handle necessary power for all cameras.
