 Hello there,
This page is for the minority of F1 fans out there that don't worship Micheal Schumacher. If you have never heard of Micheal Schumacher before please do not believe the media hype behind the man. Schumacher:
- Is the height of arrogance in humankind
- Has won races and championships through cheating
- Is a classless man.
- Has several black marks next to his name as a sportsman.
Micheal Schumacher goes by a number of nicknames on this and other anti-schumacher pages. They include...
- Schumi
- Schumey
- Schuface
- Ass-clown
- Mr. I'm the greatest of all time, because I can take a dream machine car and make myself look good and I'll say I went to Ferrari for a challenge but I knew all along that the pay was good there - oh and any team mate bows to me and gives me all his points that he earns so hard except when Ferrari want to improve their Public Relations and I can't pass him. You can't bring me down - Everybody loves me - except the people who can see through me but thankfully there aren't many intelligent people in this world.
struth, well yeh, i better stop right there.

Schumacher fallocies
Mika Hakkinen vs Schumacher - the REAL truth
Schumacher - the irratating luck man
Black Marks: Schumacher the bad boy
Schumacher and his media barons would have you believe many things. On this page I will identify numerous fallocies and set straight the record.
I am the best because I have won more races than any other individual in F1 history?
Not true. It doesn't take a genius to observe that the F1 talent pool is somewhat less than that of the 1980s and early 1990s. In the era of 1980 to 1993 a number of the sport's elite competed amongst each other. They include legends such as Ayrton Senna, Alain Prost, Nelson Piquet and Nigel Mansell. The theory is; if a number of great drivers careers last the duration of one single era, they will ultimately prevent one another from domination within the sport. That is exactly what I believe to be true. Senna won 3 championships, Prost won 4, Piquet won 3 and Mansell 1. Mind you there was a competitive legion of second-tier drivers, namely Thierry Boutsen (winner of 1990 Hungarian GP), Riccardo Patrese (winner of 15 GP), Gerhard Berger (winner of 10 GP), Alessando Nannini (winner of 1989 Japan GP) and other rising stars such as Stefano Modena, Johnny Herbert and Mika Hakkinen.
In F1 today there is somewhat less competition. The gap between the fastest and slowest car has broadened. Indeed in 2003, there is only one other world champion racing other than Schumacher, that being Villeneuve who was successful in 1997.
The Statistics say I have won 6 World championships, 67 grand prix and taken 54 poles. That makes me the best.
How much however is one of Schumacher's championships worth in reality? It has been noted that the class of today's field is inferior. So how did Schumacher stack up when racing against Senna, Prost, Mansell, Piquet...?
1991 (Only counting races from Belgium to Australia)
| Senna (McLaren) | 35 points |
| Prost (Ferrari) | 13 points |
| Mansell (Williams) | 23 points |
| Piquet (Benetton) | 8.5 points |
| Schumacher (Jordan/Benetton) | 4 points |
1992
| Senna (McLaren) | 50 points |
| Prost | Did not compete |
| Mansell (Williams) | 108 points |
| Piquet | Retired |
| Schumacher (Benetton) | 53 points |
1993
| Senna (McLaren) | 73 points |
| Prost (Williams) | 99 points |
| Mansell | Did not compete |
| Piquet | Retired |
| Schumacher (Benetton) | 52 points |
Wins before Senna's death = 4
Wins after Senna's death = 66
Poles before Senna's death = 0
Poles after Senna's death = 55
Conclusion:The majority of Schumacher's success has come off the back of Ayrton Senna's death
REMEMBER: When it comes to wins and championship, it's quality NOT quantity that makes one great. This is where others surpass Schumacher's legacy. |
I am surely the greatest due to the dominance I have exerted over my team-mates throughout my career?
Truth be told, Schumacher has never been pitted up against a true match. Rubens Barrichello is demonstrated his ability to match the ability of Schumacher from time to time. The real test for Schumacher would be for him to match up against the equivalent of an Alain Prost or Ayrton Senna in the same team. Quite simply, Schumacher has never been put to the test.
Unfortunately, Schumacher has also demanded number one status within the team. This has meant the designing of his team car has been based around his driving style and bodily specifications rather than his team-mate's. Team orders enforced upon Schumacher's team mate during a number of races have meant there is a vast inequality in the manner in which the drivers are treated by team principles. Real teams such as McLaren and Williams value the interests of the sport ahead of their own and subsequently do not engage in such activity. Examples include:
Australia 1996: Eddie Irvine is ordered to allow Schumacher past.
Japan 1997: Irvine is ordered to give up the lead in a move designed to aid Schumacher's championship aspirations.
Belgium 1998: Irvine is ordered to hand 2nd place to Schumacher on lap 1.
France 1999: Irvine is forbidden to overtake Schumacher when it was abundantly clear that he could have done so.
Canada 2000: Barichello is forbidden to overtake Schumacher when it was abundantly clear that he could have done so.
Hungary 2000: Barrichello is ordered to give way to Schumacher following the latter's pitstop.
Austria 2001: Barichello is ordered to hand second place to Schumacher in order to maximise Schumacher's championship points.
Austria 2002: Barichello is ordered to give away victory on the last lap in order to maximise Schumacher's championship points.

There is one team mate Schumacher has competed against whose driving ability is worthy of being called competitive. It is none other than triple world champion Nelson Piquet. So how did Schumacher go against a world champion team mate? Simple, in the 5 races they drove together at Benetton Piquet outscored Schumacher 4.5 points to 4. He is the only team mate to have outscored Schumacher.
Benetton and Ferrari were nothing before I joined them.
Schumi joined Benetton full-time in 1992 and scored 1 victory, in 1993 he scored just 1 victory again also.
1991
Benetton scored a total of 38.5 points including victory in the Canadian GP.
1990
Benetton scored a massive tally of 71 points, and won the Japanese and Australian Grand Prixs.
1989
Benetton scored 39 world championship points, and won the Japanese Grand Prix through Alessandro Nanini.
Therefore, to say that Benetton was 'nothing' before Schumacher came is an obvious fallocy. They won races in the 3 years before Schumacher joined the team against much tougher opposition than seen after Schumacher joined them.
Screw you hippy, I have won 6 championships and that is more than anybody else, u got nothin' to say to that!!!
Well actually, if the point system used when schumacher won his 5 championships had have been used back in the 1980s Alain Prost would have won 7 (1983,1984,1985,1986,1988,1989 and 1993).
MIKA HAKKINEN vs MICHEAL SCHUMACHER
After the Belgium GP 2000 where Hakkinen strengthened his lead in the championship in a bid for 3 consecutive titles, the media rated Mika Hakkinen and Schumacher as equals. Yet one year later when McLaren were no longer competitive and Hakkinen was plagued by appalling luck (7 car failures including a clutch failure on the last lap of Spainish GP whilst in the race lead), Mika was portrayed as a 'stager' whilst Schumacher in his dream-machine Ferrari F2001 dominated the championship and was hailed as the F1 King. It's typical of those media bastards - they will always bend facts and twist reality if it makes for a story, bending facts and twisting reality. In this section I would like to straighten out a few facts about HAKKINEN VS SCHUMACHER. Mika was indeed on par with Schumacher. Firstly, although Schumacher has 5 championships to Mika Hakkinen's 2, it is true that in the 4 years in which both McLaren and Ferrari were first and second in the constructors championship, thus inidicative that they were the best two cars in F1, both Hakkinen and Schumacher won 2 world championships a piece. When Schumacher won 2 in a Benetton, Mika was stuck in a car that wasn't capable of winning races. Schumacher's other title in 2002 is irrelevant in comparing the two because Hakkinen was in that year retired from Formula One. Let's move on to some more specific statistics in comparing the two... F1 veterans Martin Brundle and Johnny Herbert have one thing in common - they have been team mates to both Micheal Schumacher and Mika Hakkinen. Lets see who scored the greater percentage of points against those team mates...
vs JOHNNY HERBERT
1992: Mika scored 11 points to 2. (85% of team score)
1995: Schumey scored 108 points to 45.(71% of team score)
Mika wins 85 to Schumey's 71
vs MARTIN BRUNDLE
1992: Schumey scored 53 points to 38.(58% of team score)
1994: Mika scored 26 points to 16. (61% of team score)
Mika wins 61 to Schumacher's 58.
Now let's look at reliability - something always beyond a driver's control.
CAREER CAR FAILURES
Hakkinen - 45 in 162 races
Schumacher - 23 in 193 races
LONGEST STREAK WITHOUT CAR FAILURE
Hakkinen - 11 races
Schumacher - 38 races *(still going)
*** Schumey also had two 14 race streaks prior to his current streak.
CAR FAILURES WHILST IN THE LEAD OF A RACE

Murray Walker: "Some people say that Schumacher is very much the best driver in Formula One, others will say that Hakkinen is better. It's a moot point..."
Martin Brundle: "If I had to stake my kids on it, I'd bag Mika to get pole (over Schumacher)"
** There was never a full season in which Schumacher had more car failures than Hakkinen.
History of Schumacher's luck
Time after time Schumacher is handed victories on a silver platter.
1992 Belgium - varying & unpredictable weather favours his tyre choice. Early pitstop for dry tyres gains him 4 places and race victory.
1993 Portugal - Schumacher inherits win after leader Alesi has a slow tyre stop, 2nd place Senna has an engine failure, 3rd place Mika Hakkinen crashes, pole-sitter Hill's car stalls on the grid and 4th place Prost has a slower tyre stop than the German.
1994 Brazil - Leader Senna and 2nd place Schumacher pit on the same lap, but Benetton's pit crew is faster and Schumacher is handed the lead on a silver platter.
1994 - Enormous number of poles and victories off the back of Senna's death.
1995 Brazil - Race leader Hill loses the race to Schumacher only after a suspension breakage.
1995 Germany - Race leader Hill has a suspension failure at first corner handing lead to Schumacher.
1996 Italy - Numerous drivers clumsily make contact with the tyres placed on the chicane curves sending all but one of them out with damaged suspension - you guessed it that SINGLE 'one' was Schumacher who went on to win.
1997 Monaco - Schumacher carelessly spins at St Devot. Only luck ensures that no contact with the barrier is made and he continues to win.
1997 Jerez - Commits blatant act of road rage on JV, but MS-loving FIA hand him a slap on the wrist only.
1998 Argentina - Collision with Coulthard (Schumacher's fault) BUT DC's car is damaged and Schu's car 'happens' to be OK.
1998 Argentina - Another out of control spin in the wet - deep into the gravel trap but fortunately does not become entrenched in gravel and continues to win.
1998 Britain - Is destined to lose lead to Hakkinen after 10 second STOP/GO penatly for overtaking under yellow flags, but Schumacher continues, finishes race in the pitlane and only 10 seconds are subtracted from his finishing time when in actual fact a 10-second penalty at any other time in the race will cost a driver something like 30 seconds.
2000 Australia - Inherits 2nd when DC's McLaren retires with Engine failure and then the lead when Mika Hakkinen's McLaren encounters identical problems laps later.
2000 Brazil - Hakkinen leads and is looking good for a win until his engine fails again, again handing the win to Schumacher.
2000 USA - Hakkinen's car fails giving Schu a huge points advantage in the championship with only two races left.
2001 Brazil - Inherits the lead after Montoya is taken out by Verstappen. Passed by DC but regains the lead again after McLaren fail to react to a short rain shower by bringing DC in for 'Intermediate' tyres. Schuamcher still fails to win. Spins twice - so LUCKILY not to hit or damage anything on his way to the gravel trap.
2001 Spain - Schumacher is 40 SECONDS behind Hakkinen, but as LUCK would have it the McLaren fails on the very last lap. Schumacher again handed victory on a silver platter.
2001 Austria - Inherits 2nd place at the last corner due to team orders.
2001 Britain - Is passed by Montoya for 2nd but Montoya is wrong footed after re-emerging from a pitstop behind Barrichello. Ferrari order their No.2 to slow down and hold up Montoya so that Schumacher can remain 2nd.
2001 Germany - Schumacher collides with Luciano Burti at the first corner but the race is stopped when the option of deploying the Safety Car is dismissed because of the unhappy home crowd.
2002 Australia - Schumacher gains 2nd when Trulli's traction control system fails. He is then gifted the lead when DC's gearbox fails on him whilst in the lead.
2002 France - Kimi Raikonnen is certain to win BUT as luck would have it again fortune came to Schumacher' aid and it was Alan McNish's oil that caused Kimi to slide off on the penultimate lap! Schumacher was second car along and had time to react to the impending hazard. Schumacher overtakes under yellows but some technical loop-hole ensures the legitimacy of his 'win'.
2002 Austria - Barrichello leads from the race start and clearly deserves to win the race, but Ferrari can not allow their precious baby to be beaten so Todt orders the positions be reversed.
Hungary 2001 - Japan 2003 - not ONE terminal car failure. This is as opposed to his teammate Rubens Barrichello who just happens to have his Ferrari reliability let him down in USA 2001 (engine), Brazil 2002 whilst in the lead (engine), Spain 2002 (Grid Stall - Gearbox), Britain 2002 (Grid stall - Gearbox), Brazil 2003 whilst in lead (engine), Hungary 2003 (whilst ahead of Schu).
Schumacher's black marks:
British GP 1994: Ignored black flag after illegally passing pole-sitter Damon Hill on the warm up lap. Given 2 race ban.
1994: Schumacher and Benetton are accused by two rival teams of using banned traction and launch control. An official FIA investigation found launch control software on the Benetton systems. Benetton claimed the software was for 'testing' purposes only. No evidence could be found of it's use. Benetton get off scott-free and Schumacher's cheating goes un-punished.
Belgian GP 1994: Schumacher is disqualified after his car's plank was adjudged too worn. Disqualified from 1st place.
Australian GP 1994: Schumacher drives into Damon Hill's car after the Englishman's attempts to overtake Schumacher and win the championship decider. MS gets off Scott-Free.
Brazilian GP 1995: Schumacher is disqualified after using illegal fuel. Re-instated after appeal, by MS-loving FIA.
Belgian GP 1995: Schumacher is reprimanded by the stewards following dangerous driving. Given 1-race suspended ban.
European GP 1997: Schumacher is disqualified from the 1997 World Championship after repeating his 1994 antics in trying to take out a championship rival in the last-race decider. Disqualfied from the 1997 World Drivers Championship and ordered to perform 150 hours community service for bringing International Sport into disrepute.
Austrian GP 2002: (See above) Ferrari & Schumacher are summoned to appear to the World Motorsport Council on the charge that Schumacher did not stand on the top step of the podium after 'winning' the race. Rubens Barrichello (Schu's teammate) had lead all race but was given a team-order to let Schumacher through on the last lap causing a raucus of jeers from the crowd. Embarrased, Schumacher allowed Rubens to stand on the top of the podium despite finishing second as a 'moral victory' even though 10 points were awarded to Schumacher. $1 million fine issued and reprimanded for unsportsman-like behaviour on track..
French GP 2003: Ferrari & Schumacher are fined for carelessly causing an accident in pitlane (accident involves Australian Mark Webber) during official Friday practice. Fined.
