FLOWERS FROM THE HEART
=====================================================================
In the Farm of the "Spotted".
To John the Baptist. They took me one day to a gentle ranch,
Of high mountains and green lawn.
I don't know if formerly, in the leafy jungles
Antlered deers of spotted hair
There they were.In the sky, already very late, behind the mountain,
The moon appeared elegant and smiling.
In the blue shined the ivory sparkle
And all sang with the sound of the guitar. There was a very poetic tone in the group:
A youth Aesculapius, of name already done,
Sang songs with such agreable, so sweet voice...
That he even became in fact pathetic. There, early one heard the rooster sing
And John softly, of the bed fled,
Leaving Ledinha so beautiful woman dreaming...
Then, by the fields he began to count
The good little cows that he would milk! One day, with the sun, already very high,
They rode, in an elegant and accustomed trot,
Alcina, Ledinha and Lucia in the group
They mounted so well, that nor king of Prussia!...They arrived at a ranch of old riches,
Courteous and gentiles, a lot they were.
The three visitors that there were
Returned happy with so many pleasures.Of the three the most beautiful, I don't know which they found,
If the good widow, Lucia or Ledinha,
It is certain that the three, to the old ones pleased...
Back arriving cheerful they sang.At lunchtime, watered by good wine,
The three big boys with beautiful sons
And wives, beautiful, kind, gentile,
They enjoyed the delight of beautiful tidbits
And I, in the footprints also recovered myself.24th/04/1956
