It's the opening match of the Ladies' Division, and it promises to be a passionate affair as the 2 teams meet in the university derby. It was an exciting 4-4 draw in the corresponding fixture last year. NTU Tempest have progressed very well since then, and in goalkeeper Widyawilis Selamat, could have a match winner. They also have many hardworking players and potential goalscorers all around, making them a dangerous opposition. This stood the team well in the recent IIVP Championships, when they won the title. Incidentally, NTU and NUS drew 0-0 in that match. This will be a different NUS team, as NUS Jupitans have a mixture of undergraduates and graduates. However, NTU Tempest are the slight favourites for this match and could be the dark horse for the Ladies' League this year.

Team Tazs Arowana are the favourites to win this match. After a stinging 2-10 defeat to Nhac Tre No.1 in their last match, Tazs will go all out to wipe out that memory with a win against NTU Hurricanes, who have not impressed much this season, except for a few individuals.

A top of the Conference clash between the two leading Conference teams. The Flamingoes have been impressive with their perfect record of 3 wins, while Moosemen dropped 2 points to NUS Nemesis in a 3-3 draw, after leading 2-0. With so many potential goalscorers from both sides, this could very well be a very high scoring match. An even match with a draw a likely result.
