Description of classes


Body Workout - A program designed to sculpt muscle and tone through basic calisthenic exercises. Class meets for one hour once or twice per week.

Fitco Plus - Dance aerobics with floor exercise, great for toning the body and cardiovascular conditioning. All aerobic routines choreographed to music selections by Jodie Strausbaugh. Class meets for 75 minutes twice per week.

Fitness (Hatha) Yoga - An entry level yoga class - a great way to tone up the body using the positions and stretching of Yoga.

Strength Training to Lose Weight - The class is designed to condition and strengthen the the body using weights. This class meets once per week for 45 minutes. Students will need to bring their own weights. Format of this class.

One Stop Fitness - A program designed to include an excellent fitness combination: step, aerobics, Yoga stretching, and floor toning. (A total fitness package - strength, stretching, and cardiovascular) Class meets for 75 minutes twice per week.

Step Aerobics - A program offering cadiovascular exercise using step routines. A step bench is provided for most classes.

Step and Strength Workout - A program having the perfect combination of aerobic conditioning and weight training. Class meets once a week for one hour and students will need to bring their own weights.
