Fitness Tip: Change your habit
We are all creatures of habit. This is great thing if we're in the habit of getting to the gym and eating properly. However, our bodies adjust to the activities we do. Doing the same workout routine month after month can lead to a plataeu that is difficult to overcome.
If you're stuck and can't seem to make any progress, change the routine. Different movements and different machines can make a world of difference. So take a break from that 'Cardio-glide' and jump on the stair machine, or lay off the wieghts for a week or so and increase your cardio miles. There are many ways change things around and put a jolt into your system. It may mean the difference in knocking of those last few pounds.
