Stick Float

Float: Stick float

Mainline: 1lb 6oz-5lb depending on the size of fish you may catch.

Hooklength: 12oz-4lb depending on strength of mainline.

Shot: Small shot "shirt button" style

Hook: Size 22-12

Uses: Running water such as rivers.
Surface Controller

Float: A loaded surface controller. The controller is mainly a casting weight but may be use for bite indication.

Mainline: 3-10lb depending on the size of fish you will catch.

Hooklength: 3-8lb depending on the strength of the mainline.

Shot: There is no shot only a ledger stop to stop the controller moving to far away, and a swivel to join hooklength and mainline, this also stops the controller moving to close to the hook.

Hook: Size 16 upwards.

Uses: Mainly used for carp on stillwaters, it is use with floating baits such as crust and dog buscuits.
