Summer Meal - Grilled Manatee
Ingredients:
1 Manatee
Salt, Pepper
to taste
1 8 oz. bottle Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger
Minced
Garlic
Sliced Onions (optional)
1 Bottle of AMPS Select Red Wine
1 case
of Guinness
Catch a manatee and slice through the blubber until
you can slice yourself off 6-8 good sized steaks. Discard the carcass.Marinate the steaks in the wine, teriyaki sauce, onions, garlic, ginger.Season to taste with salt and pepper
Light grill and place marinated
steaks on grill and cook to taste. While cooking, utilize the case
of Guinness as your refreshments
Serve with your favorite side dish
