Welcome to The Wall
This is a place with no political rhetoric, just a place to reflect upon, and remember those who have given their lives, and will give their lives, for their nation. Please take the time  to  look at the pictures on this page.

This was emailed to me by a friend some years ago. I cried when I saw it, and occasionally do so again. I can feel the anguish of the guy standing there, and have shared the experience with my own ghosts.
Most of the items shown here have been collected by Park Rangers at The Wall. The Smithsonian Institue Museum is the custodian of these items.
For those of you too young to remember, what you see here are POW/MIA bracelets that were worn by friends, family and other well wishers. Below are 'dog tags' left behind at The Wall.
I will add pictures to this as I find them, or when I have time to scan some of my own.
For those of you who can't make it to The Wall in our nation's capital, please take the time to follow this link. It will take you to a place where you can find the schedule of The Moving Wall. These are three smaller, mobile Walls which are set up around the country, staying at each stop for approximately a week.
