Bards are also one of the easiest jobs to Master. Unfortunately, the one ability you want is the last one. The ability, !Sing, can be very usful at times. Not only can some of the songs increase you stats, but it is free of cost! You can sing you heart out for all I care. One of the songs are especially special, that song is Requiem. Just sing that song to undead creatures and you'll live a quick battle.
