Welcome aboard Recruit Training Ft Indiantown Gap. We hope to make this training the best in the country, and with your help it will be.
Staff Officers are to report at 1000 on Saturday, 27 June 09. We will have information and preparation for Sunday's check-in. Staff cadets will report at the same time, but there will be no early check-ins for recruits. There will be no exceptions. All staff are expected to remain after graduation until everything is packed up and all the buildings are turned in.
Staff officers will have rooms in the Ft Indiantown Gap BOQ. Each BOQ is restricted to one gender. The rooms are single rooms, comfortable but not deluxe. There is maid service Monday through Friday. A single towel is provided, but you should bring your own as well. Officers will not need to bring bedlinens, but a small fan is recommended since the rooms can get pretty warm. There is internet access in the common area of the BOQ. The uniform of the day will generally be khaki, but you will need whites for the photo and for graduation. Officers are to report in khakis.
You will work hard at this training, but will have a great amount of "job satisfaction". With all of the staff working together, we will make this a memorable experience for all.
