Cove Home: At least one home a year will be built in the town of Copperas Cove
Church Built Home At least one home a year will be built with the support of Area Churches.
- Will be sponsored by several area churches.
- Construction to begin February 7, 2004.
- Construction will be done every Saturday for 12 Saturdays with completion scheduled for end of May.
Home for Christmas In the last quarter of the year we plan to build a home to have a family in before Christmas.
ReStore Built Home: At least one home built with funds raised from the ReStore.
Two other homes to be built as funds permit.
As a general rule, we build a home in 12 days. Of course, since we use volunteer labor on Satrudays that works out to 12 Saturdays or 12 weeks. In order to accomplish 6 homes in a year then we have to start one every 2 months. During the last month of a home being constructed we then begin the next home as funds allow. Our planned annual schedule then looks like this:
