Well, it has been almost one year.
During that time, I have been busy recording and editing music videos...in some of those, Basch has a prominent role in it (which are the ones I posted on this site); please watch them
in the Music Videos section.
I did some "clean-ups" to the site as well; and yes, I am still planning to add my long-overdue review/opinion of Final Fantasy XII (I am working on that right now).

I created a new video of Basch!
In it, Basch is lecturing the "pretty boys" in FFXII, of what it means to be a man!
Basch is the main vocal in the video; the musical song is called: "I'll Make a Man Out of You."

February 24th 2007:
It has been a long time, I know...it took me roughtly 4 months, but soon I will have FFXII completed.
Unfortunately, FFXII � to me � did not turn out as great as I had hoped. I do not want to voice my opinion just yet,
I first want to see those credits role :P
I will post my opinion ("review") on the game soon - (my main focus being the characters and the story).
Also, expect some other little "goodies" to be added to the site soon.

Another early FFXII cut-scene ("Basch`s Reminiscence") was added to the Media section :)
Also, I am aware that I need to do a few "updates" to other sections of the site as well; I shall be working on them shortly.

I captured a cut-scene from Final Fantasy XII...the cut-scene is of Basch in the prison. Although it is still very early on in the game, the scene does reveal a spoiler.

October 31st 2006:
The day has finally arrived...today, Final Fantasy XII was released to US retail stores nation wide. Needless to say, the game will keep me busy for the next few weeks.
I might update a few things while I am still making my way through Final Fantasy XII; however, the "real" updates will be added once I have completed the game.

One new screen-capture was added to the Trailer Pictures section...the image was taken from the trailer which can be found on the bonus DVD that came with the "HOPE" CD soundtrack.

Due to high-traffic (which has caused the site to be "unavailable" on several occasions)...I have decided to purchase a service upgrade - now "Dalmasca`s Knight" is ad-free...and I have plenty of storage and bandwidth :D
I intend to maintain this site for a long time, so I think it was a wise thing to do ^_^ (Thank you to everyone who has been visiting)

Square Enix has updated the official US website to Final Fantasy XII...
including the character sections, where the English voice actors for the main characters have finally been listed.
Basch is voiced my Keith Ferguson; check out the Voice Actors section to learn a little bit about him.
(A little fun fact: Mr. Ferguson is 34-years old; the same age Basch is at the beginning of FFXII :) )

Final Fantasy XII ad campaign: It seems Square Enix is targeting selected College Campuses in the US for marketing purposes of FFXII.
Bluemax (@ neogaf.com) "snagged" this ad campaign poster of Basch from his campus...the poster features a close-up shot of Basch with the letters: "Lead or Follow" displayed underneath his name.
The poster also has the URL:

I (finally) took two more pictures of the Final Fantasy XII World Preview book.
I added a picture of Basch`s Profile and the Correlation Chart of Characters. The new pictures can be viewed in the

August 16th 2006:
The US game cover for the "regular" edition of Final Fantasy XII has been released (thanks to Ethereal Blade of ffxii.net for this large picture version :) )
Although the US front cover does not feature new character arts - I am still very happy with it :) Basch`s picture of holding the sword in that pose, was previously used for the inside cover of the OST...I do not mind that is was decided to put it on the US game cover as well; he does look great in that picture after all ^_^
The cover is certainly not perfect. It is bothersome that Fran`s ears were cut off...and I am not sure what to think of the "sun rays" that shine through between Vaan`s legs :P The cover does look epic though; and I love that! (It reminds me of The Lord of The Rings posters)...it is great to see all six main characters on it :D
Another thing to mention is the missing FFXII logo! I guess, it has become sort of a "FF tradition" to have the logo of each installment on the cover - however, I am not missing the logo on the cover of FFXII...maybe it is because I do not see FFXII as just "another" installment in the series...I think, the title itself looks great on its own.

The "Full" Official FFXII NA Website went finally live!
To me - the website is a disappointment...I was expecting Square Enix to put up voice clips and I was hoping for the complete English voice cast list.
The site is definitely lacking in content, I can only assume that many more things will be added as we get closer to the US release date of FFXII. However, I highly recommend reading Basch`s "Character Profile" and the articles about Ivalice, Dalmasca and Archadia...they are very interesting and well written.
Also, even though the "Wallpaper" section on the official site is grayed out, Grivenger (of ffxii.net) found a way to view them...the link name to the wallpapers is as follows: http://www.finalfantasyxii.com/wallpaper/

When you read this, you must have already noticed that "Dalmasca`s Knight" has a new index image :) ...I am pretty happy with how it turned out - someone with more Photoshop knowledge than me could have created a more "impressive" one, I have no doubt;
but that is as good as it gets for me :) I used the colors red/orange/yellow...not only are they my favorite colors; but they also fit Basch very nicely, IMO; I hope you like the new index image.
Also, I changed some font colors (in order to match with the index picture :D...I was never fond of the blue link colors anyway)...I hope you like the little changes.

Just two little things to report...I put the two official FFXII websites on the homepage and created a More Links... section for the other sites :)
I revised the Picture Tribute page (it looks neater now I think)...
also, I revised my picture tribute video to Basch...in the new version; I made the pictures flow better with the music :) - and I made some other little tweaks.
Today, I set a goal for myself ^_^...as soon as Basch English voice actor is known, I want to get in contact with him so he can answer 6 questions for me!
Unfortunately, there is the possibility that he will not have a contact address...I will first need to know his name and see from there I guess (I hope his name will be listed once the full NA site of FFXII is up and running).

Final Fantasy XII was finally given a definite NA release date...it is now scheduled to be released on October 31 `06 (on Halloween :D). The standard edition will be available for $49.99 while a Collector's Edition will also go on sale (EB Games and Gamestop only) for $59.99.
