| Overdrives are special attacks that are used when a certain guage on your character becomes full. That guage can be filled by getting hit by the enemy, or hitting the enemy. As it slowly fills up, you will eventually be able to use your overdrive. |

| Kimahri jumps high into the air and plunges his spear into the chosen enemy. |
| Fire Breath |
| -Learn from Dual Horn, Grendel, Valaha, or Yenke Ronso. Kimahri blows a strong breath enchanted with fire at all enemies. |
| Seed Cannon |
| -Learn from Grat, Ragora, or Sandragora. Kimahri shoots a seed at a single enemy for non-elemental damage. |

| Self-Destruct |
| -Learn from Bomb, Grenade, Puroboros, Biran or Ronso. Kimahri self-destructs, dealing heavy damage to all enemies and disappears from the battle field until the end of battle. |
| Thrust Kick |
| -Learn from YKT-11, YKT-63, or Biran Ronso. Kimarhi does a heavy thrust kick at a single enemy for non-elemental damage. |
| Stone Breath |
| -Learn from Basilisk, Anacondaur, or Yenke Ronso. Kimahri blows a strong breath enchanted with petrification at all enemies, turning them to stone if not immune. |
| Aqua Breath |
| -Learn from Chimera, Chimerageist, Chimera Brain, or Yenke Ronso. Kimahri blows a strong breath enchanted with water at all enemies. |
| Doom |
| -Learn from Ghost, Wraith, or Biran Ronso. Kimahri casts the Doom command. This puts a number over the chosen enemy. Every turn, the number is reduced by one. When this number counts down to zero, the enemy is then immediately casted by Death. |
| White Wind |
| -Learn from Spirit, Dark Flan, or Yenke Ronso. Kimahri casts this command, which recovers HP for the whole party. |
| Bad Breath |
| -Learn from Malboro, or Great Malboro. Kamahri casts this command, which causes a number of bad status on all enemies. |
| Mighty Guard |
| -Learn from Behemoth, Behemoth King, or Biran Ronso. Kimahri casts Shell, Protect, and all elemental Nullify Spells on the party. |
| Nova |
| -Learn from Omega Weapon, or Nemesis. Kimahri deals heavy nuclear, non-elemental damage upon all enemies. |
