| What's It About? Updated 10/19/04 Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children takes place 2 years after the triumphant Final Fantasy VII video game released back in 1997 for the Playstation. The planet is a mess; crippled industries lies in ruins, and the planet is giving off a mysterious disease called GeoStigma that mainly affects children. Cloud is running an orphanage with Tifa and Marlene. They both live at Seventh Heaven, the bar that was first introduced to us early in the Final Fantasy VII game that Tifa works at. Suddenly there is a mysterious phone call from a man who asks Cloud for a job... Will Sephiroth Make A Grand Appearance? Updated 10/19/04 There is spoiler information that was given to AdventChildren.net from a fan at the Venice Screening in Italy. Advent Children was screened here showing the first 20 minutes of the movie, then finishing off with 'One Winged Angel' with a stunning ending. The 20 minute introduction is not downloadable, but you can find a download of a new trailer. You won't find the answer on this site. Who Are The Characters? Updated 10/19/04 The characters of the movie will mainly include Cloud, Tifa, Marlene, and Denzel, an orphan infected by GeoStigma. Other Final Fantasy VII characters, old and new, will be appearing throughout the movie. However, Cait Sith has not made an appearance as of yet, neither has Sephiroth. Will There Be A Final Fantasy VII Game Released With the Movie? Updated 10/19/04 There will be two games associated with Final Fantasy VII that will be released in time: Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus, and Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis. Advent Children will also be playable on the PSP along with Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis. How Long Will the Movie Be? Updated 10/19/04 The movie will be approximately 90 minutes, maybe a little more. When Is the Movie's Release Date? Updated 10/19/04 The release date has been shifted around for a while now.
