Real Concept of Feng Shui

What is Feng Shui?

In Chinese, people emphasize Feng Shui. But many people in western countries do not know what Feng Shui is. In fact, Feng means ¡§wind¡¨, and Shui means ¡§water¡¨.

The Theories of Feng Shui?

Feng Shui is not a religion. Many bad Feng Shui masters are using some religious statues such as the "Fuk Luk Sao" statues and they say these kinds of Feng Shui ornaments can improve the Feng Shui of a house. I can tell you, this is absolutely wrong!

As seen the Zodiac chart on above, infact, Feng Shui is using the energy from the nature, from the Zodiac, we call the 12 palaces of Zodic. So, from the 12 palaces, we can get the 5 different energies of the nature, and these 5 energies are the basic living elements of mankind, so, we call it the 5 Elements!

Why do we need wind and water?

There is an ancent Chinese Feng Shui proverb, it says:"if the sky has a celestial phenomenon, and this celestial phenomenon must be the scene on earth, although it changes form". So, the water and wind are the different kind of forms of the celestial phenomenon---"the 5 Elements" on earth.

We need to drink water, so we know how important the water is. But many people do not know the use of wind. In fact, the ¡§wind¡¨ in Chinese means the air we are breathing. The functions of wind are much more than water! However, we need water and wind combine together and fulfill the purposes and functions of real Feng Shui.

In an ancient Chinese poetry called ¡§The Poem of Burial¡¨ (Zang Jing), there is a verse tells the relations between wind and water. It says: ¡§When the air is in a form of wind, the air will be disordered and can not be used. However, when the air meets with water, they will gather together, and we can selectively to use the air now.¡¨

It is good to live near the river and the areas with water around. However, this is just a general theory of Feng Shui, we need to select which air is good to us. So, now we need a Feng Shui Master to use a bunch of special formulas to calculate what and where the good Feng Shui is.

Why do we use Yin House (grave) Feng Shui?

People know lots of Feng Shui in ordinary houses, but many of them do not know the theory of Yin houses Feng Shui (graves). Many people just know Chinese people emphasize the Yin house Feng Shui. In fact, not just in China, even around the world, people aware that when someone has died, the spirit of that person will still exist. This theory accepted by all religions! In fact, this is not about religions.

People will also notice one thing, which is sometimes the face of a man or woman will look like their ascendants. In Chinese prophecy, this theory is that the spirit of the ascendant affects the descendant. We now know that the spirits of ascendants will affect the descendants, therefore we should conserve the bone of the ascendants very carefully! We are not just to find a place to keep it; we should let the bones of the ascendants can breathe. So, we should keep the bone into the coffin and bury it into the ground, this is the reason of Yin house Feng Shui.

Yin House feng shui refers explicitly to the divination of grave sites and it is a ordinary concept of Feng Shui. If the type of environment you live or work in can have profound influences, then the location of burial can conceivably have consequences on future generations. The philosophy behind this states that all souls are connected and that families share reson and result, some people call this "karma". Energy grids under ground can be tapped into by the body laid to rest, and those bones can act as transmitters of energy to souls who are connected to the dearly departed.

Choosing a good grave site

Some people say that Yin House Feng Shui is as complicated as Yang House Feng Shui. In fact, it is more complicated. Initially, the natural landscape is highly srongly recommended into consideration. The location, proximity, and shapes of nearby mountains will influence the good or bad energy of a large area. The clustering of hills and mountains and their ability to store energy in them is one aspect that is assessed by the Feng Shui Master.

The folllowing is an eligible place for burying:

But the above is just a eligible landscpe of the burial site, we should take a lot of calculations by using the Xuan Kong Flying Star formula chart! Some masters say that the location of water regarding a burial site is less important. This is a complete wrong concept! As I mentioned before, "Feng" means wind, and "Shui" means water. Either Yin and Yang houses the use of wind and water are a very very important! Especially water, water is a very important and mystic element in Feng Shui. The direction, the scale, the shape, the size, the speed of the current... ...any of these can affect the houses and graves.
