that accompany certain relationships and experiences.Love generally brings pleasure, happppiness,and fulfillment.However,the simple word "Unconditional love" if it means anything ,includes love not only for what is pleasant and satisfying, but also for what is not pleasant and not satisfying.It is love that remains love regardless of rebuke, Rejection, insult,or indignity; regardless of threat, Humiliation, or slander ;regardless of pain,fear, defeat,or death. It is not tested so
much by happiness or delight as by what might otherwise seem ugly ,
responsible , wicked,or vile. Unconditional love is thus clearly diffrent
from emotional love, since emotions are conditional by their very
nature, fluctuating constantly with circumstances. Unconditional love
is steady and full with feeling in the face of variation, wholly gathering life's ups and downs into its radiant embrace.
