Our Goals Project. is on Tuesday, January 17th! 5/6 Grades received their guidelines last Thursday; while 7/8 Grades received their guidelines last Friday. Students are rotating through using the computers in the classroom to do their Internet research. The sample book was shared with all students and is available in class. Bonus Activities: Extra Word Art, Essay (Quiz #16), Extra Job Panels, etc.
Reader's Digest Word Power Competition will be held on Tuesday, Jan.17th. Preliminary competitions identified the top 5 students (and alternate) in each class. Grades 6-8 will compete in the cafeteria after breakfast on Tuesday, January 17th. Grade 5 will compete in the classroom on Tuesday, Jan 17th at 11:12am.:

4.Index Card Reflections (NEW!) On seven index cards, write and draw about something that you wondered about each day (Wed, Jan. 11th- Tues, Jan. 17th). It can be something you wondered about at school, at home, or on the road! At least one of your index cards should be a scripture (from Mass celebrations, or your own selection in the bible).
5.Spelling (10 times each, sentence for each word): see lists below
