On my computer the text on the map became illegible if I reduced the size of the map for this webpage. This is why the map is so large on a computer screen.

To print the map you can open and print this other page or it is possible to open a page in Microsoft Word. After making the Microsoft Word page display in Landscape format adjust the margins to very narrow. Then reduce the size of the two windows containing Word and This webpage so they both display on the screen next to each other. Next 'Drag' the map onto the 'Word' page which can then be 'Saved' and printed. Contact us here if you wish

1. The Welcome Inn, Bury Old Road, on the A665, in Bury but close to North Manchester.  (U.K.)
2. The venue is in the very south of Whitefield district and virtually on the border with Prestwich
3. Travelling south on the A665 ‘The Welcome’ is the second pub on the right after the bridge over the M60. You also pass an Esso station which usually has good prices.
4. If you are only vaguely familiar with this area it may help to know there are two easily confused roads: the A56 and A556 both going south to Manchester.
5. The road leading directly south to Manchester from Junction 17 of the M60 is the A56 which goes through the village of Prestwich. This is NOT the recommended route.
6. From the motorway you will need to go north a bit on the A56 to loop around via Clyde Avenue and Hardman’s Road. Then travel south on the other road (A665) which also leads to Manchester but via Cheetham Hill.
