Board of Trustees from Article VI of FCC Bylaws The Board of Trustees shall manage - except where designated elsewhere - and safeguard the various funds of the Church, designation depositories, authorizing procedures for the approval and payment of bills and salaries, and shall have the books of the Financial Secretary and Treasurer audited and present the audit to the Congregation at the Annual Meeting. The Board of Trustees shall have no power to buy, sell, mortgage, lease, or transfer real property without prior approval by vote of the Congregation. The Board of Trustees shall be responsible for the care, custody, and the use of properties of the Church, with the exception that use of Church vehicles will be regulated by the Church Council. |
