Use a firm, natural bristle body brush. Start at your feet and 'skin-brush' your whole body, working in circular motions towards the heart.

3. Dip each foot into the warm parrafin three times, pausing between layers to allow them to dry.
4.Wrap each foot with plastic wrap tightly, making an airtight seal. This will help the moisturiser to penetrate.
5. Let set for 20 minutes.
6. Remove wrap and peel off wax.
