Fanja Wadi and Springs (Aflaj)
There are around 20 Falaj in Fanja, which meander around green oases and date plantations.(Falaj means a system for the distribution of water and is commonly used to describe the irrigation channel system downstream of the water's source). Wadi Fanja often contains running water and is a pleasant local picnic spot. The Wadi wit its lush green oasis, gurgling springs, offer peace and tranquility for a great day out. There are also two famous hot springs in Fanja.
