The plot:
The Radiated Society are driven out of the vault by NCR Conservationists who take control because of a mistake in a census form and a ticked box. They go to New Reno and encounter the locals - the end result being gunfire, mistaken kidnapping and bottle-throwing.

The plot:
Scotty makes a mistake in allowing the banned Arcanus back into the vault on Friday, so he decides to get Stapes, the man who banned him, and Rad, the guy that got a tonne of toothpaste to the face, out of the Vault and therefore out of the way of Arcanus.
