Love Equals Death   A great punk band from Ukiah California, just starting up and really making something of themselves. Seriously one of the greatest of their kind. And really great people, as well.
Chon Travis   Singer and occasional guitar player for Love = Death, Chon is beginning to release his own solo stuff. From what I've heard of it, it's something you're sure to love.
Tsunami Bomb   I've been a fan of these guys for quite some time now, and have had the pleasure of knowing them for equally as long. They're nice people who make nice music. Look into them if you haven't already.
The Velocipedes   Brilliant band from the Portland/Vancouver area, with members of one of my previous bands, The Existential Existentialists. Not only are they great friends and people in general, but they make really great music. Please check them out.
Handful of Luvin'   Highly original and great Bellingham/Seattle band. I've done a few shows with these guys, and they are so awesome. Definitely going places.
Racetrack   Bellingham indie/pop-rock band. Great melodies, basslines, and energy on stage. Dig it.

Others you should listen to (that you might not already know about)
The Carnations   An indie band from Ontario that I heard one day and fell in love with. Though sadly they exist as a band no longer, you can still get their music online.
The Meligrove Band   Another indie band from Ontario. Really fun stuff to listen to and just great in general.

The Pangur Ban Ceili Band   A traditional, yet very contemporary Celtic music band, which is also the house band of the Columbia chapter of Comhaltas Ceoltir ireann.
The Existential Existentialists   Pretty much the most brilliant garage rock band ever. Aside from Chris, made up of the Sisters Loranger, the Existentialists kicked out the finest in rock 'n' roll original classics and covers.
