Season 1

Russell Winters "City of..."	A vampire protected by Wolfram and Hart, Winters, would lure young actresses on the pretense that he will help their careers, then usually kills them.  Angel killed Russell Winters by throwing him out the window during the day.  Winter's attorney from Wolfram and Hart was Lindsey McDonald.
Burrower "Lonely Hearts"	Demon that moves from person to person.
Marcus "In the Dark"	Vicious Vampire that prefers to feed on children. Stole the ring of Amarra which allows a vampire to live in the sunlight. Angel killed him by stealing back the ring and pushing Marcus into the daylight.
Dr. Ronald Meltzer "I fall to Pieces"	Surgeon who was stalking his former girlfriend.  Meltzer learned how to remove his body parts and then put them back together.
Maude Pearson "Room With a View"	Ghost that haunting Cordelia's apartment that was causing all previous tenants commit suicide.  Maude Pearson murdered her son Dennis by bricking him up in a wall. She was afraid he was going to leave her.  Dennis got rid of Maude when Cordelia unearthed his body.
Little Tony Papazian "Sense and Sensibility"	Mobster who with Wolfram and Hart Attorney Lee Mercer's help made the police department into overly sensitive people.
Samurai demon "I Will Remember You."	Demon who attacked Angel and Buffy.  Some of it's blood got on to Angel causing him to be human again.  Angel killed the same demon twice.  The first time when the blood got on him, the second time after the Oracles turn back time before the blood can get on him.
Barney "Parting Gifts"	Demon that kidnaps Cordelia in order to sell her eyes.
Mac "Parting Gifts"	Wolfram and Hart Lawyer who buys Cordelia to get her  eyes.
Penn Somnambulist	Vicious vampire sired by Angelus.  Penn killed in a serial killer style.
Hacksaw beast "Expecting"	Demon that impregnated Cordelia. The spawn died when Angel and Wesley killed the demon.
Tay "She"	Tay from a dimension where females are slaved. He ventured into Angel's world to search for lost slaves and Jhiera who was helping them escape. Angel send Tay back to his home dimension.
Ryan "I've got you under my skin"	Little boy that was possessed by a demon. After Angel drove the demon out, he learned the boy had no soul to begin with.  Ryan is currently in some kind of custody after trying to kill his sister.
Darin "The Ring"	Darin had arranged demons to fight each other and kidnapped Angel to fight. Angel throw Darin into the arena where he was killed by the demons he enslaved.
Vanessa Brewer "Blind Date"	Blind Assassin who works for Wolfram and Hart.  Lindsey got her off on a murder charge.  When he learned she planned to murder three children, Lindsey teamed with Angel to stop her.  Angel killed her by stabbing her with her own weapon.
Vocah "To Shanshu in LA"	Vicious Demon brought in by Wolfram and Hart.  Vocah put a spell on Cordelia to give her endless visions, killed the Oracles and blew up Angel's office while Wesley was still inside.  He also assisted in the raising of Darla.  Angel killed him with a scythe.

Season 2

Thesulac Demon "Are You Now or Have You Ever Been"	Demon who feeds off the hatred and fear of humans.  Thesulac will send intensified feelings back to them, so he could feed some more. Thesulac lived off the fear of a woman named Judy for fifty years, until Angel and co electrocuted him.
Deevak First Impressions	Demon moving in on Gunn's territory and felt he was a threat.  Deevak hid in the form of a human and decided that Gunn needed to be killed.  Angel killed Deevak instead.
"T'ish Magev" Guise will be Guise.	Man who imitated a Swami in order to keep Angel preoccupied while Magnus Bryce planned to sacrifice his daughter. Angel with the help of Gunn figured out the plan.
Magnus Bryce Guise will be Guise	Businessman who planned to sacrifice his daughter Virginia to Yeska to gain power.  He was thwarted when Virginia was rejected because she was not a virgin.
Yeska Guise will be Guise	Demon that accepts only virgin women as sacrifices.  Magnus Bryce planned to sacrifice his daughter to her.  The only problem was Virginia wasn't a virgin.
Benny Guise will be Guise	Benny was a bodyguard to Magnus Bryce who assisted when he tried to sacrifice his daughter.
Jay-don The Shroud of Rahmon	Jay-don was a vampire that was supposed to help steal the Shroud of Rahmon.  He was staked by Angel.
Vyasa The Shroud of Rahmon	Demon who tries to steal the Shroud of Rahmon. Menlo killed Vyasa by shooting him in the head.
Menlo The Shroud of Rahmon	Menlo assisted Vyasa and Bob to steal the Shroud.
Bob The Shroud of Rahmon	Bob was a security guard at the museum that held the Shroud.  He planned to steal it along with Vyasa, Menlo, Angel and Gunn.  His head was twisted off by Vyasa.
Lubber Demons Happy Anniversary	Lubber Demons helped an unknowing Gene try to end the world.  Angel killed them.
Unnamed Captain  Thin Dead Line	A Captain in the LAPD brought back dead cops as zombies in order to keep the streets safe. Angel stopped him by smashing the idol that brought them to life.
Drokken  Belonging	A demon from the Pylea that broke into our world through a portal at Cartias. Angel killed it with his sword.

Season 3

James Heartthrob (Episode 1)	James was a vampire from Angelus' past.  When Angel killed the love of his life Elisabeth, James had a spell done for him to make him invincible for several hours, so he could kill Angel.
Elisabeth Heartthrob	Elisabeth was a vampire from Angelus' past.  Angel staked her after she killed several people.
Gio That Old Gang of Mine (Episode 3)	Gio had gotten Gunn's old gang to kill Demons indiscriminately.  Gio was killed by a demon in Lorne's bar.
Marcus Carpe Noctem (Episode 4)	Marcus was an elderly Occultist who would switch bodies with younger men and then burn the bodies out.  He  took Angel's body, but eventually Angel took it back.
Billy Billy (Episode 6)	Billy was a part demon that Angel freed in that Vision Thing.  Billy would touch men and make then react violently towards women.  Lilah shot Billy dead after he had made Gavin attack her.
Unknown demon and human Assassins Quickening (Episode 8, 9)	Various demons hired by Holtz and time traveling demon to kill Angel. The Ninja was killed by the vampire cult while going after Angel.
Vampire Cult Quickening (Episode 8)	Vampire cult that worshiped Darla's baby. Most of them were staked by the fang gang.
Cyril  Lullaby (Episode 9)	Cyril had dual evil. He was a Wolfram and Hart lackey for Gavin Park and served Master Tarfall, the Underlord of Pain
Burke Lullaby (Episode 9)	A commando leader for Wolfram and Hart meant to steal Darla and her child.  He (and his commandos) were mostly killed by Holtz.
Doctor Fetvanovich  Lullaby (Episode 9)	Doctor working for W&H. He was killed by Holtz.
Lilliad Demons  Dad (Episode 10)	Lilliad Demons broke the protection spell over the Hyperion and chased after Angel and his child. Angel killed some of them with a bomb.
Three-Mouthed Demon  Birthday (Episode 11)	Demon Cordelia saw in her vision attacking a teenage girl. It was killed by Alternative Universe Wesley and Gunn
Nahdrahs Provider (Episode 12)	Nahdrahs kidnapped Fred in order to steal her brain after she solved a complex puzzle.  She was rescued by the crew.
Count Kurskov  Waiting in the Wings (Episode 13)	Count Kurskov kidnaped a ballerina and forced her to do the same ballet every night.  Angel stopped it when he destroyed Kurskov's power center
Senih'd Demon  Couplet (Episode 14)	Demon that was running around LA.  It was killed by Groo
Demon Tree Monster  Couplet	Demon that Gunn and Fred were investigating that eventually nabbed them.  They were rescued by Angel and Groo.  Angel killed it.
Musician Demons  Sleep Tight (Episode 16)	Demons posing as musicians.  When you spend to much time with them, you become one too.
Oracle in the White Room (Forgiveness)	Oracle in the form of a young girl that lives in Wolfram and Hart's White Room.  The girl enjoyed Angel's dabble in the black arts and gave him a spell to make Sabjhan corporeal.
Mr. Jenoff (Double or Nothing)	Demon that sucks souls.  Gunn traded his soul for his truck. Angel bet Jenoff double or Nothing, but when he loss he killed Jenoff again, then was surprised when Jenoff began to reform.  Before he could finish, Angel got the people in the bar who all owed Jenoff money to attack him.
Repo-man Played by Jason Carter (Double or Nothing)	Demon working for Jenoff who told Gunn he had to face Jenoff.
Skench Demon  (Double or Nothing)	Demon that infested a demon couple's home.  Gunn killed it.
Slugs and big demon (The Price)	Slug like demons that infested the Hyperion as a result of Angel using dark magick.  Cordelia killed the slugs with her demonic power. The big demon was killed by Connor.
Tyke and thugs (A New World)	Tyke was a dealer that Connor got involved with when he rescued an addict he was abusing, Tyke was probably killed in a police shootout.

Season 4

Elliot, Groundstate	Man who hired Gwen Raiden then betrayed and tried to kill her along with Angel.
Lee DeMarco, The House Always Wins	Demon who used Lorne to find out people's destiny's then steal them and sell them to the highest bidder.
Oliver Seidel, Supersymtry	A former professor of Fred's who sent her to Pylea because he was afraid she would be competition. Killed by Gunn.
Bug Demon	Demon that knows Jasmine's real name and could make her powerless if he utters it.
