How Bad is She?

The Ring
Lilah Morgan is a young Wolfram and Hart Lawyer who first appears in the episode The Ring.   It is unclear how she got involved in Wolfram and Hart.  In this episode, Demons are kidnapped and forced to fight to the death in hope they will receive their freedom.  Angel is taken, but Lilah, representing Wolfram and Hart's stake in the fights offers him his freedom in exchange that he forget what he saw.  She seems intrigued by him.  She is obvious trying to see if Angel can be bought.
Five by Five

Bad Girl Rating: *** 1/2
Her next appearance is in Five By Five when she competes with Lee Mercer  over trying to hire Faith. In this episode, despite trying to act cool, Lilah shows fear when Faith acts aggressively towards her.  Eventually, Lee, Lindsey and Lilah hire Faith to kill Angel.  Faith later breaks down and Angel takes her in.
Sanctuary
Bad Girl Rating: ****
In Sanctuary, Lilah along with Lee and Lindsey to send an assassin to kill Faith.
Blind Date
Bad Girl Rating
**
Lilah has a very small role in Blind Date.  She is only in two scenes.  She meets up with Lindsey near the library when he is trying to help Angel break into the office.  She reveals that she likes to do her own research.  There might be kind of camaraderie between her and Lindsey, but only if he doesn't get in her way.  Lilah is visibly shaken when Lee is shot in front of her, but it does not deter her from her work.  Unlike Lindsey, she does not seem to have a line she cannot cross
To Shanshu in LA

Bad Girl Rating ***
In To Shanshu in LA, it is quite obvious that Lilah is very jealous of Lindsey's promotion.  Lilah does not give her colleague even a glance when he is knocked unconscious.  At the end of To Shanshu, Lilah looks forward to Darla's use to the firm, to quite possibly to help her career.
Judgment (Season 2)

Bad Girl Rating ***
In Judgment, the summer has not seemed to simmered her jealousy towards Lindsey.  She makes several bad jokes, and seems to be fighting with Lindsey for Darla's favor.
Untouched

Bad Girl Rating *** 1/2

In Untouched, Lilah is attempting to bring a woman with the power of telekinesis into Wolfram and Hart as an assassin.   It is possible Lilah may not be as snooty as one might thinks.  She appears to like folding her own laundry.  It is uncertain whether she legitimately is concerned about Bethany in her own weird way.  However there is a trend in her work.  She obviously is doing what she can to impress the bosses.  Her jealousy of Lindsey is further enraged when Holland points out to her how wonderful Lindsey is when it seems Lilah's project is ruining his project.
Reunion

Bad Girl Rating
** 1/2

Lilah's next appearance is in Reunion.  Her part is small, she joins Holland and Lindsey in the garden with Drusilla, then again in Lindsey's office when they are talking about plans for Angel.
While in the wine cellar, Lilah is visibly frightened.  She asks Lindsey if the police will come.  She pleads with Angel to save her when it was apparent he wasn't.
Redefinition

Bad Girl Rating: ***
In Redefinition, Lilah along with Lindsey are spared.  The both of them are getting the cold shoulder from Wolfram and Hart and Lilah is afraid that one of them will be killed as a scapegoat. When they both enter Lindsey's office, they find that Darla and Dru are there.  Darla tells Lilah that she was spared because she figured either Lindsey or her would take Holland's position.
Lilah attempts to frame Lindsey to take the fall.  She enters his office, pretending to be scared and tells him they could steal files and run away from Wolfram and Hart.  But Lindsey finds her mike and tells her it doesn't matter what she does, either of them could be the scapegoat.  Later, Drusilla tells Darla she likes Lilah because she's "wicked"
Lilah and Lindsey learn their fate at the end of the episode, because of both their failures, they are both appointed to Holland's position.  Apparently this was done to keep them on their toes, but it's obvious, they only want one of them to survive.
Blood Money
Bad Girl Rating: ***
In Blood Money, Lilah is getting use to her new promotion.  Angel shows up in her car and scares her, but leaves her unharmed.  Unnerved, Lilah reports what happened to Lindsey who doesn't seem to care.  Lilah and Lindsey are interrupted by the arrival of Boone who has a score to settle with Angel.  Lindsey wants to hire Boone to kill Angel, but Lilah is against it.  She knows that they aren't supposed to kill Angel, but still she goes along with Lindsey's plan.  Lindsey learns that he thinks Angel has something incriminating about him and Lilah on tape.  He blames Lilah for leaking it out, but she denies it.
Lilah is the master of ceremonies at a benefit for a teen shelter.  The benefit is really of ploy for Wolfram and Hart to steal 95% of the donated money.  The ceremony is interrupted by Boone and Angel fighting.  Angel makes it seem like Anne has a tape with incriminating evidence.  Lindsey and Lilah run after Anne, but she only has a tape of Cordelia and Wesley.  Lindsey realizes that it was a ruse so Boone could take the money.  Lilah and he rush back to the table but the money is gone.
Nathan Reed informs Lilah and Lindsey that they better shape up soon.  When Lindsey mouths off to Reed, Lilah, expecting that Lindsey will be terminated, moves a few feet away from him.  Reed tells them that Angel is gunning for the two of them and that if he kills them it will send Angel to the darkside.  He also tells them that they are expendable.
Reprise

Bad Girl Rating: ***
Lilah catches Lindsey in the hallway at Wolfram and Hart.  She reminds him that the review is coming up and each time that happens it involves a numerous amount of employees being killed.  Lindsey appears unconcerned while Lilah is worried that Darla or Drusilla will show up at an inopportune time.
At the review, Lilah shows up outside of Wolfram and Hart's office (instead of the garage) with two body guards.  Angel takes out the two body guards and threatens Lilah with cutting off her hand.  Instead he uses her to get into Wolfram and Hart's office.  In the elevator ride up, Lilah notices that Angel has been wounded.  When she gets to the review, Lindsey spots her with Angel.  When Lindsey calls attention to them, Lilah hits him in the stomach and escapes.  Angel points out Darla to the crowd and runs off while security goes after Darla.  Lilah tells security to "Stake the Bitch" and she is hit in the face by Lindsey.  After he helps Darla escape, he turns around to find Lilah glaring at him.
Dead End
Bad Girl Rating: **1/2
Lilah and Lindsey are at a meeting of the different divisions.  They are discussing a case.  Lindsey suggests the clients admit what they did and Lilah rebuffs him.  Lindsey fires back that the company would make more if they confessed now.  Nathan Reed s impressed.  Reed says he will review their division at the end of the week. After the meeting Lilah tells Lindsey not to embarrass her anymore.  She is worried that one of them is going down.  Lindsey is called away by Nathan Reed.  Lilah watches them through the window and thinks Reed is paying a lot more attention to Lindsey.
Lindsey and her met with another client.  Lindsey again rebuffs her. But then abruptly leaves.
Later on, Lilah is taking files from the firm.  In her purse is a gun and some pills.
At a later meeting Nathan Reed seems poised to announce Lindsey will be get the VP position. Before she can pull the gun from her purse, Lindsey stops her.  He tells her that he was clearly the one they chose.  Reed agrees.  He tells Lilah she didn't have what it takes.  Lilah gets startled when Lindsey pulls out his hand.  Lindsey grabs the gun from a guard.  After firing several shots near Reed and Lilah, he explains that he would have chosen Lilah. He tells them Lilah is "Their guy". He passes Lilah, wishes her good luck and gooses her while explaining that it was his hand.  Lilah watches him go and seems visibly shaken by his leaving.  Reed then announces that Lilah has the position.  Lilah looks to Reed, but then looks back to where Lindsey exited.
