This letter was from the CPN to the surgery regarding a home visit
"I last visited Mrs. Stewart on 10th December 1997 when I observed her son Ian persistently trying to wake her up to the extent that she was becoming annoyed and began calling him names. She was clearly tired, I have therefore advised him not to over-stimulate her. My concern is that Mr. Stewart is somewhat unrealistic in his expectations of her abilities which I suspect is causing him frustration and is not entirely beneficial to Mrs. Stewart"
