When writing this e-book, Mike set out to solve every guy's biggest dilema in meeting girls - the fear of rejection. The underlying 'philosophy' of the book is that women are attracted to males of high status - that is, the more 'alpha' you are as a male, the more attractive you are to women (and similarily, the more 'beta' you are, the less women are going to feel attracted to you). The idea is that if you work on becoming more of a High Status Male, by improving yourself as a man, you will effortlessly attract women with your natural vibe. (A scale known as the 'Male Dominance Scale' is used as an analogy for this phenomenon, there is whole chapter on this in the book. There is even a multiple choice questions test in the appendix that you can use to 'test' how much of a dominant male you currently are, I thought that was a really nice touch). Coming in at over 300 pages long, the Layout is 7 chapters, plus an appendix. Pilinski writes in a detailed yet always easy to follow way, a very 'down to earth', honest sort of style that draws you in and gets you hooked. Incidentally, Mike has a GREAT sense of homour that comes across just at the right moments throughout - never so much that it gets annoying, just a nice sprinkling here and there that adds to the class of this unique book. The book will be useful for anyone who has a fear of approaching women, BUT it is particularly useful for those that are PAINFULLY shy and just can't approach women at all. Pilinski's approach to conquering the 'problem' of fear of rejection is to always approach women by first getting a 'non verbal' sign of her interest, meaning that when you DO approach her you are far less likely to get rejected. Again, this is discussed in detail. A phemomenen known as 'toxic shame' is also discussed - this bit will really help you to understand exactly WHY you are feel shameful approaching girls, and once you understand this truth you will be well on your way to recovering A process of steps is then outlined for going from first contact to getting the girl's phone number - without rejection! After that, there are some things on initiating the first kiss, and there is a section on emotional needs - needs that both males and females have from a relationship. If you want to be able to keep a girl and have a successful relationship, then knowing these emotional needs and how to fulfill them is a must. In the appendix is a ficticious story of a guy who is on holiday at the beach and sees a girl he wants to approach. He approaches her and is successful. This may sound like a fairy tale, but the point of the story is to illustrate all the points of the book in action, it engages your brain in different way as an alternative way to the 'logical' sort of learning method. Overall this is a really unique book and is, in my opinion, one of the best seduction e-books on the market. As you read the book, you will feel as if you are experiencing 'profound truths' that you were kept in the dark about all your life and are only just finding out about. And not only will you become better with women, you will also become a better man....and that is priceless.
