John explains that there are basically 3 classes of males - 'beta males', 'jerks' and 'alpha males'. John Alexander explains everything you need to know to become an alpha male, everything from the right mindset, to your body language to what to say and how to behave, to how to be alpha in your job. It's very much a manual on becoming a better man in general, making you the type of man that women will naturally want to be around The ebook is around 157 pages long and is written in a clear, easy to understand style. There's also stuff on handling your fear of rejection, getting over your insecurities and stopping yourself being 'outcome dependant' when meeting women. There is then a '7 step seduction system', where John explains an easy to understand system of approaching women, and discusses many different places to meet girls as well as some more ideas about the whole approaching thing. To finish the book off some general relationship advice is discussed, as well as some ideas about how to be dominant in a group and how to deal with the morning after a night of sex with a girl. This book compliments Mike Pilinski's "Without Embarrassment" ebook nicely. If you want to BECOME a better person, iron out your flaws, have a better life, develop more inner and outer confidence and naturally attract women by being true to yourself, then this ebook is a great starting point.
