Exercise Habits
Exercise is very important.  It helps to relax muscles & promotes better blood circulation & oxygenation to the pelvic area which helps reduce the pain and cramps related to fibroids & endometriosis.
Exercise can also helps reduce stress & relieve anxiety upset.
If you exercise less than 3 times/week you will probably be prone to more pains and cramps.  If you are exercising more than e times/week, keep doing your exercises, they are probably making your symptoms less severe.
You can add or change your exercises to specific corrective exercises for your specific symptoms.
The following is a list of different exercises.  Depending on your symptoms these exercises can be very beneficial.

*Walking
*swimming
*Stretching
*Yoga
*Running
*Bicycling
*Tennis
*Dancing
Things That Will Come
In Handy
I have found that I've had to go out and buy a few things that I didn't already have around my house.  I'm not used to cooking with fresh herbs & spices, or using flax seed, or rice.  Except for Minute Rice..  So I'm composing a list of things that I've found have come in very handy.
