I will be putting information I have learned about the Endometriosis diet in this section.
I hope that this information will be helpful to many women out there suffering from the dreaded desease.
There are many things to take into consideration when you are going to start the Endo diet.  I am going to show you some simple little charts to take into consideration before you begin this diet.
Copy each chart and paste it into wordpad or other similar program so you can answer the questions and keep for your records.

Eating Habits & Fibroids or Endometriosis
Your eating habits play an important role when it comes to symptoms of fibroids & Endo for many woman.  There are women that it doesn't matter what they eat, they still suffer the symptoms of these deseases.
Copy the following two lists.
Paste them into wordpad and then set up four columns labeled:
Never:    Once a month:    Once a week:    Twice a week
for each item put a check in the appropriate colounm beside it.
The first list are foods that will increase symptoms and the second list are foods that decrease symptoms.
This will give you an idea of how many changes you will need to make in your diet.
