���� The Favor Board, as underwritten by The Wheel, exists in order to put people needing help together with people who can give it. It's that simple. Here's how you can participate: If you NEED a favor: ���� Check the existing favor list in the teachers' lounge; maybe someone has already indicated that they can help. If so, you're all set - hunt the person down and let them know you have a need. ���� If the help you need is not already on the existing favor list, use one of the empty blanks at the bottom of the list to write down what you need. Come back later to check the list; maybe someone will have put his John Hancock by your favor! If you WANT TO DO a favor: ���� Write your name in one of the people columns (if it's not already there). Put a checkmark in the appropriate space for any existing listed favor that you would be willing to do for someone. It's OK if other people have already checked that favor as well; the more people we have, the easier it is for people to get the help they need. ���� If you can do a favor that's not already listed, use one of the empty blanks at the bottom of the favor list to write down what you can do. Don't forget to put the checkmark by your name! ���� Once that's done, hang back and wait. If someone needs help, they'll come find you. ���� This Favor Board was built by The Wheel in order to help ET staff members get help wherever they need it. Please do not hesitate to use the Favor Board several times if necessary. People have volunteered their services for exactly that purpose - you are not inconveniencing anyone, and no one is keeping score. ���� Whether you are in the market to get help or to give help (or both), you are encouraged to keep coming back to check the Favor Board as it grows. |
