Replacements/Exchange will not be entertained or possible unless the product is defective (as is intended for use) or wrongly delivered.
All orders/Payment must be authorized online as per our guiding process. In the event of non-authorization of any credit/debit card, Ethnic Trends is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit/debit cards.
Products and prices listed are subject to change by us without notice.
Appropriate Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's delivery address.
All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Ethnic Trends will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situated in Hyderabad alone.
Ethnic Trends reserves the right to modify the web-site policy without any prior notice.
Delivery Policy:
Ethnic Trends will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Customers must provide up to 5-7 working days for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 7 working days, we will inform the reasons to the customer at the earliest.
All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
Ethnic Trends takes care to ship the orders in good condition. However if the package is damaged due to mishandling by the courier service provider, Ethnic Trends will not be responsible for the same.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed can be cancelled before payment.
Please send the cancellation mail with details to “ethnictrendssteam@gmail” mentioning the actual reason for the cancellation of the order with order details etc within an hour of placing the order. But once payment is made it cannot be cancelled. Please check your order details thoroughly before finalizing and making the payment online.
