Returns/Exchange Policy:
Manufacturers do not encourage Exchange of a product as they enforce strict quality measures.
We do have a policy to encourage replacement for genuine reasons.
That is to say, If the product is defective and not as intended or wrongly delivered we do accept requests for replacement only.
In such a case, the customer needs to send a 360 Degrees unboxing video on whatsapp to the number 9840623958 and also an email to “[email protected]” mentioning the actual reason for the replacement request within 24 hours from the receipt of the product and the product has to be returned on getting our confirmation to the address communicated by us with the original invoice without any damage.
Requests which do not satisfy the above criteria will not be processed.
