After successfully holding "Native Speaker Visit" program, ETC also invited Bruce Applebaum again for a seminar and workshop entitled "Reflective Teaching and Experiential Learning Cycle." This program was followed by English teachers of ETC and formal schools around Bontang. The purpose of establishing this seminar is to improve the expertise of English teachers in Bontang, so that eventually they can improve the quality of the students in term of their mastery of English.
