Uses:

Simulations and analyses for problems relative to flows, contaminant transport,  river diversion, stream pollution and accidental discharges.

Teaching and research on Hydrodynamics, Computational/Environmental Hydraulics, Computational/Environmental Fluid Mechanics.

* Versatile quasi three-dimensional hydrodynamic model, closed by turbulence depth-integrated  two-equation models; solving complete fundamental governing equations, in association with passive mass transport equation(s) and turbulence parameter transport equations, discretized by FVA (Finite Volume Approach) through spatially collocated variable arrangement on non-orthogonal boundary-fitted grids.

 * Advanced algorithms for solving linear equation systems: SIMPLE (Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equations) algorithm, ILU (Incomplete Lower-Upper) decomposition, SIP (Strongly Implicit Procedure), under relaxation and multi-grid iterative method.

* Easy-to-use  grid-generator, flow-transport-solver, GUI, self-contained map support tool, help system, pre- and post-processors, used in various Windows-based microcomputers.

* User-friendly powerful map support tool for pre- and pro-processing, including basic color inspection, map-scale determination, riverside/island boundary geometrical data auto-inserter to tables, digital map background, map enlargement, shrink, storage and print, and so on.

* Up-to-date visualizations for computational conditions and calculated results. By using mouse, buttons and a few of keys, users can easily obtain various graphics.

* Convenient enter data through dialog boxes, tables and digital map; input data display, revision, print and storage; output results display, print and storage.

* Easily simulating and analyzing steady and unsteady flow and contaminant transport behaviours in natural waters, including open channels, rivers, estuaries and coastal regions.
