Living in Countryside
He was born and grew up in the midst of two primer cities in Philippines, Cebu and Manila respectively. He spent his childhood in Cebu City and adulthood in Metro Manila until at the time he got married and raised a family.
During in his early twenties he started to conceive the idea to live in countryside and wanted to stay away from all kinds of pollution and different hassle of congestion in the city. He was attracted and motivated from the beauty of natural environment and quieter sorroundings that he had observed from some countryside he has visited in Luzon and Visayas including the beautiful memories he had from his mother's place. But it took him several years before his plan was finally implemented.
In 1987 he moved and settled at the town of Asturias,Cebu, the ancestral place of his late mother Evangeline Rallos-Tablason who was the eldest daughter of late & former Mayor Florentino A. Rallos of Asturias, Cebu.

"I settled and brought my family in this simple town for personal reason. I'm fond of countryside but sometimes to choose a place to live with is not easy. You have to consider some other important factors that leading to your advantages up to the next several years in your own situation. I choose the place for it's geographical features and simple community sorroundings that complimented with my personal, interests and artistic preferences. My mother's ancestral link with the place was a plus factor".

The natural beach infront of our home has a great impact to myself as a painter while I'm relaxing. On the other hand the place also allowed me of doing my other interest like farming which was just a dream when I was still in Manila.
But it's not all about the place it's a matter of right choice to the right purpose.
