On March 13, 2004, Lair No. 1 met in the upper room of Max's Allegheny Tavern to hear a presentation by William Cipkala, who was challenged to find the interesting thing in North Versailles, Pennsylvania.
Cipkala gave a stunning video presentation by William Cipkala, which taught the assembled Rascals the following:
1. Braddock chose defeat, rout, and humiliating retreat rather than set one foot in North Versailles.
2. North Versailles is Moloch.
3. Scylla and Charybdis were bowling alleys, and they are in North Versailles.
4. North Versaillians are in the business of dying and then taking advantage of the extensive post-death residential opportunities available in the community.
6. While waiting for Death to make his move, the chief industries in North Versailles are tombstone etching and boarding up abandoned commercial properties.
Those who attended judged the presentation “brilliant” and demanded copies of the CD. William Cipkala is, therefore, a duly passed Rogue.
