Very special people
who've been with me through "thicks and thins...", some of
them are far from me but still managed to make me feel that they're
always there for me... they are among my few "precious
gifts" =)

Arlene
Montefalcon
My
best friend since my first day in college. Ayeen,
as I'm fond of calling her since then, has been a very good
pal of mine. Aside from my family, I guess no one knows me
better than her. Ours is 9 years worth of
fun, laughter, tears and whatever! If you wanted to know
something about me, try to email her and set up a date at
Wendy's. Perhaps she'll give out something! By the way...why
Wendy's? We both go nuts over one thing there: Bacon
Cheeseburger! And if we still can spare a few more bucks, we'll
try out a salad or two plus that good 'ole Frosty cup where
we dip our French Fries! Wanna meet her? Look around Emerald
Ave. in Ortigas where she works as a system developer, you
might accidentally bump into her place!

Brian
Sison
Another close
friend of mine in our place. I came to know Bri through
my choir buddy Ronald (his best friend). It is during our coffee
talks where we came to know that we do have a lot of things in
common when it comes to points of view in life, love, ethics,
work and a whole lot more. He was right... rarely do we find
people who, at a first glance, you'll immediately know that
you'll jive together. A pianist extraordinaire, and my "coffee buddy" (started when
he got a taste of the marshmallow coffee I usually prepare at
home,
despite the fact he gets migraine from coffee!), since then,
we'd hop from one coffee shop to another to have a sip of Latte
or Moccaccino (plus a couple of cinnamon rolls or fruit crepes), and talk about a lot of things, with him putting
a "cute scale" on every cute girl he'd see every once
in a while... =)

The first time
I met Mitch, I thought he's another one of 'em
"happy-go-lucky" preppies that I know of. But I guess
he's right on what he wrote about him: "you'll regret
the day you judged me...", and I did! Behind this seemingly
"happy-go-lucky" and "I-got-lots-of-pogi-points"
guy is a kind and thoughtful soul ready to reach out to
anyone... Easily catches new friends like wild fire... One thing I'll always
remember of him... He's the only guy who got the guts to call me
a "nerd"...as in duhh?!? But heck, I liked him for
that... made me realize that "all work and no play makes
Jenny a dull (but still cute!) girl!". Still waiting for
him till he climbs up that corporate ladder...He will make it,
for sure... :)

"Man's
flight through life is sustained by the power of his
knowledge..." that's one principle in life that Sed
always lives on. True enough, he is a dedicated member
of the US Air Force, got ample trainings for this rather
extraordinary field, but still looks forward to pursuing a
career in children's dentistry; Originally lived in Nebraska
but as he moved on for his flight training, it took him to
Texas, Guam and now back in mainland USA. A no-nonsense guy, a self-confessed music lover (a big
fan of classical music specially of Andrea Bocelli and
contemporary love songs) and (you see it right!) immensely loves
kids! He also likes Marvin the Martian (I really dunno
why...). A very dear friend who, though far, provided me company
so I won't feel that lonely in the US (even if it meant him
placing long distance calls almost every night!)

Kay,
of which we fondly call her, is another "small but
terrible" gal. My little sis over the net (for I really
see myself in her, except that she's younger by 4
years!), Kay may seem to be a bit childish for she will really have some dart bouts with you should you try to deprive her of her
JellyAce and Jello. But take note! This little kid (as she may seem!) is one heck of pc guru!! Ask
this A+ Certified gal about networks, hack stuffs and pc
hardware!! She can lead you to it! She currently stays in
Virginia, and works as a Hardware Field Engineer for a
government office. Heeeyy!! Still got your blowing bubbles
shirt!!!! Looking forward to our next Go-Cart race in
Alabang Festival Mall

One of my colleagues in our university webteam and a peer friend during college.
Evets is known for his Midas touch on PC's and network stuffs...Likes Data Comm a lot. Also goes for dart games and
...uuhh... Chowking and Wendy's ?? A freelance systems programmer (with specializations in Visual Basic!) and computer professor in PUP.
A big fan of Elmo, and loves the yellow color in almost
everything (Good thing he doesn't wear yellow sunglasses
during the summer...hihihiihihii!! )

James
Francis Fontanilla
My "forever Honey". After my first bf (oops!
"Ex" that is!), Jimi is the next guy
who gave me a cute stuffed puppy which I later named after
him. We started with a rather stupid email; Since then,
we've been through so much, even on that one instance in our
lives which you'll never expect to happen. Call it a twist
of fate! He is, so far, the only guy who got the guts to
counter any argument that I raise on our hours-long chats.
There was never a single time when we both got online and never had our little battle of wits. If there is one guy
that I'd like to be with for the rest of my life, I like
that guy to be like Jimi (Hey! it does NOT necessarily mean
I like him for myself!!! "Di kami talo! heheeee!"
). Smart, witty (works as a Network Security Officer in
Australia, and a certified Cisco professional!), good-looking (lots
of "face" value, and claims to have very sexy
legs!!), soooopeer-talented , a no-nonsense humorous guy but
never loses that serious outlook in life ... that's my Honey!

Michael
Dela Fuente
Our Network Administrator for the CCMIT IT Services
Department during our college days and our adviser (plus financier!) for our
web development team. Trekky, as he is called by his
close buddies, is a Star Trek fanatic. Loves to go to different book exhibits and hangs out with close friends and faculty members when he is not busy tinkering with the school's network.
A known expert of the most advanced functions of C/C++
and Java, will gladly teach you the ins and outs of
that "dreaded" CPU Scheduling system thesis, so
you can't really buy him if he happens to be one of the
panelists during your system defense. Hangout?
Pizza Hut! He will go crazy over the super thins, "The
Edge", or the stuffed crust. Also a known
collector of character neckties.

"Hope springs
eternal"....these are the words you'll always hear from
Maui. A college mate of mine whom I got the privilege
of being his friend. One of the few people who taught me the first things I learned in tinkering computers (just started with me asking him what a jumper is and how
I could add another
hard drive on my PC!) . Behind this seemingly technical guy is someone whom you'd never believe to be shy.

Kaza
Wanna chat with a no-nonsense guy? You can see him online over yahoo using
Catcher_in_the_ryee for a nick! A medical student in India (and a very good one too!)
Niroop is one of the very first Yahoo buddies I've got!
Never got tired of reminding me not to push myself to the limit
when it comes to work...well...take it from the expert! Hey! thanks a lot for
the countless pop messages you're sending over just to say hi!
and thanks for dropping me a line too way back then! :)
