Hi! My name is Jennifer, but my close friends and relatives usually call me Jenny. I'm a 27-year old computer professional, and currently working as a Senior Support Specialist / Quality Assurance Officer for Cisco-Linksys. Had a number of highly techie jobs prior to what I'm currently doing, both here in the Philippines and in the USA.  Specializations? Systems and Internet programming, software / systems quality engineering, network administration and pc tinkering.  So, what keeps me busy aside from work? My internal trainings at the office (hoping to get a CCNA / MCP certification afterwards!),  my post-graduate computer science studies at the University of the Philippines in Quezon City, and a whole lot of stuff which I'll mention later on...

Yah I know! I spend most of my time doing computer stuffs at work, school and even home, but I do have my ways of unwinding! I may be serious at work and the "touch-me-not-when-I'm-busy!" type, but heck! I do have a lighter side of me, y'know!

Darts, billiards and tournament badminton, I play whenever I have the time. I have my own Harrows darts set, top-of-the-line badminton racquet and (finally!) my own cue stick! I go race biking at Neopolitan behind SM Fairview if I have a free time during weekends. Computer books,  inspirational writings and my Beanie Babies stuffed puppies are what you'll see on my little  bookshelf. Whenever I find solitude in my room, I play my fave songs or just lie around and daydream... what I'd like to be around 5 years from now.

There are a couple of movies that I really like, whose stories are so touching, and somewhat I can relate to... I find "Gorgeous" (stars Jackie Chan and Shu Qui) really cute, describes the "sentimental" me when it comes to relationships. But I find "My Sassy Girl" even cuter, because I'm like the girl in that movie... Why? Better find out! :)

I usually like love songs, a little of RnB (like that of Ashanti, Brandy, Usher, Missy Eliot and others!) and even the semi-classical songs of Josh Groban and Charlotte Church. But if there is music "that can rock the house down" that I like,  they are the ones made by my fave band Evanescence (Yoohooo!!!! Evanescence Forever!!!!). I really like the powerful voice of Amy Lee. I also go for the soulful renditions of Whitney Houston and Lani Misalucha.

At times, I doodle around with my keyboards and wood flute, but when I'm with my band mates, I usually do the synthesizers, a li'l of  drums and even marimba.  Right now, I'm trying to learn how to play the guitar (good news! I already know how to play the song "If" on it!). Videoke? That's one of my grandest times. Sometimes, I'd do studio recording for a few of my friends. I do have a few CD's I made, "pro" style!

My fave cartoon characters: Pikachu, Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore and Tigger. I also find Piglet cute sometimes! :)

If there is something (yeah you've read it right! it's a something!) that knows me too well, its my diary....volumes of 'em! (Even got an online one...hehehee!) Mess up with anything I have!! But please?!?!?! Spare my diary! =Þ

What do my friends say about me? They brand me as workaholic, "nerdy" and "jack-of-all-trade" preppy...Lately, they say I'm a Friendster addict...  but then I'm just simple and some sort of a shy type. I go for the basics and the simplest in everything, and easily appreciates what life has to offer me. Philosophy in life: "Let's not bore each other with each other...Let's get into a discussion! And if there's nothing left to discuss, then let's get into an argument! "
