Some information about the wastewater characteristic and treatment method

This
wastewater contains high organic substance and has
high BOD , COD,
Fat , Oil and Suspended Solid. The treatment
emphasizes on biological technology, such as UASB (
Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket), Activated Sludge,
Aeration Pond, etc. to meet compliance issues. By
the new technology , the operating cost has been
reduced , lower energy consumption , produce of the
biogas for feeding to boiler or feed to generator.
The normal process , wastewater is passed through
fine screen , Oil trap , Equalizing Tank , UASB (or
other anaerobic process) , Aeration Tank ,
Sedimentation Tank , The excess sludge will be press
by filterpress or Beltpress and sent to Biological
Fertilizer Plant.
