Some information about the wastewater characteristic and treatment method

Ceramic industry wastewater contains high suspended
solid , which is difficult to separated by
the conventional sedimentation
tank. We developed our own system by using Inclined
Plate Clarifier which can treated in higher
efficiency. Many plants which use our system can
recycle the treated wastewater back to mix with raw
material in process.
The normal treatment method , Wastewater is pass
through screen , Oil Trap , Equalization Tank (with
has air mixing to prevent the settle of SS) ,
Coagulation with Rapid Mixing , Flocculation and
Inclined Plate Clarifier. Incase of need to recycle
the treated wastewater , treated Water will pass
through Sand filter and sent to recycle storage
tank.

wastewater. There is much benefit ,compared to the
others sedimentation tank.
