He was 60. A native of Toledo, Mr. Frankowski had also worked in the Lucas County Auditor's office and in the state fire marshal's office before coming Probate Court deputy clerk Aug. 15, 1925. He was a past president of the Fourth Ward Democratic Club. Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Beatrice Nowak, Mrs. Alice Lumnicer and Mrs. Lois Ann Marti, all of Toledo, and Mrs. Mary Jane Rusling, Philadelphia; brothers, Peter, Stephen, Leo and Sylvester Frankowski, Toledo; sisters, Mrs. Josephine Fox, Mrs. Julia Hojnacki and Clara and Stella Frankowski, all of Toledo, and two grandchildren.
