**When you start at ENA you pay both the first and the last weeks of your preschool tuition; the last will be used when you enter kindergarten or transfer.
***This book fee will NOT be charged if your child has paid one of the annual book fees listed above.
An optional Meal program is available for $4.00 per day. This will include 2 drinks, 2 snacks, and a lunch. Breakfast is available for $1.50 per day as well as individual milk, juice, and a variety of snack for $.50 per item. All items are prepacked and ready to eat.
Prior to enrollment, Tennessee law requires that we have the following on file:
1. A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate 2. A school Entrance Physical Examination (Available at your doctor’s office) 3. An immunization Certification (Available at your doctor’s office)
When your child enters the school you will need to bring the following supplies: 1. A complete change of clothing and two sheets in a back pack or duffle bag with your child’s name on it. 2. A 2” mat for nap time. Mats are available for purchase at ENA ($20 each) 3. Lunch and snacks in a lunch box with your child’s name on it.

Tuition: Yearly tuition for all elementary grades will begin at $4750.00 for the first child and $4100.00 for second child. For your convenience tuition will be billed in ten equal payments of $475.00 / $410.00 per child. Additional Students receive additional discounts. Each tuition payment will be due by the 15th of every month starting in August and ending in May.
Books: are due by September 1st. The reservation deposit will be applied to this amount.
Discounts: All families which pay the reservation deposit before March 31st will receive a $100.00 discount off the first student’s tuition. All families which pay tuition in full at the beginning of the school year, will receive an additional $100.00 discount off their first child’s tuition. On the first day of school, a minimum $1000.00 will be due; the remainder must be paid in full by September 30th in order to receive the extra discount. There is no refund for annual payments. Families entering both the Elementary School Program and the Before & After School Care Program will receive a $700.00 discount off each student’s tuition. If for any reason you no longer need the Before & After Program your discount will be prorated.
Hours of Operation: The school day will begin at 7:45am and end at 3:15pm with drop off after 7:30am and pickup before 3:30pm. The optional Before & After School Care Program will be from 6:30 to 7:30am and from 3:30 to 6:00pm. School will consist of 38 weeks of class (Paid with tuition) and 14 summer or holiday weeks(NOT paid in tuition). The two weeks at Christmas and the week of Spring Break are not included in the tuition. If you desire child care for any days during those three weeks the cost per child will be $25.00 per day but will not exceed $99.00 per week. Summer care tuition will be the same as the regular preschool tuition.
Late Charges: All tuition payments not made within 5 school days of the due date will be charged a $20.00 late fee. If you are not enrolled in the before/after program and you pick up after 3:30 there will be a flat $10.00 charge for each child. If your child is picked up after 6:00pm an additional late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged.
Tennessee State Requirements:
